  2. What is the collection like?
    We have a wide selection of movies, everything from classics to new releases. As a member, you'll be able to choose from hundreds of titles. Top>>

  3. How fast will I get my DVDs?
    With our automated DVD rental Kiosk, the entire rent and return process takes you less than 30seconds. You can also reserve the movie of your choice by using our online reservation system at http://www.flickxpress.com and using the “Rent Now” option. The reserved movies will be available at the kiosk of your choice for Upto 20 minutes for you to pick up. Top>>

  4. How many DVDs can I rent?
    There is no limit on the number of DVDs you can rent at a time provided the corresponding deposit is paid. For example If you choose to rent one DVD at a time, then there is a Refundable Deposit of Rs.500, If you choose to rent two DVD at a time, then there is a Refundable Deposit of Rs.1000. Top>>

  5. How should I handle the DVDs?
    Handle DVD disks by the outer edge or the center hole. Try to keep dirt or foreign matter away from the disk. Return the disk to the protective plastic sleeve immediately after use. Top>>

  6. The DVD skips, can I clean it?
    You can clean a disk by wiping it with a clean cotton fabric in a straight line from the center of the disk toward the outer edge. You may use a certified DVD cleaning detergent, window cleaner, isopropyl alcohol or methanol to clean the DVD. You should never clean a disk in a circular direction around the disk. Top>>

  7. Is it possible to damage a DVD?
    Yes it is possible. To prevent damage to the DVD, you should not touch the surface of the DVD nor should you bend the disk. Disks should not be exposed to extreme heat or prolonged sunlight. Top>>

  8. The DVD I received is broken or faulty (i.e., it skips or doesn’t play). What should I do?
    If the DVD can be returned into the Kiosk, please return the disk, then contact FlickXpress customer support at +91-80-22449628 or E-mail support@FlickXpress.com. Upon verification of the problem the appropriate credits will be issued. Top>>

  9. I lost/broke your DVD. What should I do?
    If you’ve lost or broken a DVD, please inform us immediately by calling FlickXpress customer support at +91-80-22449628 or Email support@FlickXpress.com. We will charge you the replacement cost of the DVD. This amount will be added as a due in your account and you can pay it the next time you rent a DVD. Top>>

  10. How do I cancel my membership?
    To cancel your membership, just send us an email at membership@FlickXpress.com. If you have any dues, you will have to pay the due amount before your membership is cancelled. Top>>

  11. How do I return a movie?
    Movies can be returned either to the Kiosk where it was rented or any of the Kiosks in our network Just swipe your membership card and click on return option on the touch screen and insert the DVD into the DVD slot. Top>>

  12. How do I know you’ve received my returned DVD?
    When you return the DVD, it will be automatically removed from your account. You can check your account either at the Kiosk or by using the online reservation system at http://www.flickxpress.com Top>>

  13. Can I return a movie directly to your office?
    No. DVD should be returned only to the Kiosk. Top>>

  14. How many movie titles do you have in your library?

  15. How many copies of each title do you have in your library?
    We carry multiple copies of each title in our DVD Kiosks. The demand for individual titles is monitored in real time and new copies are added as required. Top>>

  16. What region codes are the DVDs in your library?
    Our DVDs consists primarily of region 1 and region 5 movies. As long as your DVD player is a multi coded/region player, it should be able to play all of our DVDs. Almost all the DVD players sold in India are multi-region players. Top>>

  17. Can I choose the region code of my requested DVDs?
    No, we do not differentiate between different region codes for our DVDs, since we are not in control of this feature. Top>>

  18. My DVD player can’t play the region code of the disk you sent me. What should I do?
    You can ask an electronics technician or the shop from where you bought your DVD player to program your player to play DVDs of multiple regions. You may also call the DVD manufacturer, below are some contact details for major DVD manufaturers in India.

  19. How do I become a member?
    Membership is done instantly. Membership is done in two ways, You can go to the option buy at the touch screen and select the plan, insert the cash in to the cash reader and get the membership card and call us to +91-80-22449628 for instant activation. Or You can fill up the membership form at our Kiosk representative by paying cash and get the membership card, which can be used instantly. Top>>

  21. How long can I keep a movie?
    It depends on your membership plan.
    If you are on the “Pay as you go” or the ”Daily” plan, you are required to return the movie within 24 hours to avoid the late fees.
    If you are on of our monthly plans you are required to return the movie within 3 days of rental to avoid the late fees Top>>

  22. How do I reserve a movie?
    You can also reserve the movie of your choice by using our online reservation system at http://www.flickxpress.com and using the “Rent Now” option. The reserved movies will be available at the kiosk of your choice for Upto 20 minutes for you to pick up. Top>>

  23. Do you accept cash or cheque?
    We accept payment through cash. Using the cash Acceptor / Reader located to the left of the touch screen at our Kiosk,
    • If you are on the “Pay as you go” or the ”Daily” plan, you can top-up your membership card.
    • If you are on the monthly scheme, you can pay for monthly subscription.
    Credit card payment facility is under process; we are not set up to accept cheques. Top>>

  24. How do I recharge my membership?
    Swipe your membership card and click on the recharge option, and put money in to the money reader in the Kiosk, one bank note at a time. The Kiosk accepts bank notes of Rs.10, Rs. 20, Rs.50, Rs.100, Rs.500 and Rs.1000. Top>>
